ChaceAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLOSING AND
PERMANENTLY ABANDONING A PORTION OF ELEVENTH STREET AS
SHOWN IN THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK
8, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND
DESCRIBED HEREIN AS SHOWN BELOW; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, PUBLICATION AND FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ENACTED by the City Council of the
City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that:
SECTION 1.
That any and all portions, closing and permanently abandoning a portion of Eleventh Street of the
following described boundary:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Bounded on the West by the Southerly extension of the East line of Lot 258 as shown in Indian Hills
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8 Page 86, Public Records of Lake County,
Florida. Bounded on the North by the Easterly extension of the South line of Lot 258 as shown in
Indian Hills according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8 Page 86,Public Records of Lake
County,Florida. Bounded on the East by the Southerly extension of Lot 259 as shown in Indian Hills
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8 Page 86, Public Records of Lake County,
Florida. Bounded on the South by the North line of Lot 4 as shown in Winona Harbor Estates
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30 Page 3, Public Records of Lake County,
Florida.
SECTION 2.
The closing is done pursuant to the authority of the Charter of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida and the general laws of the State of Florida.
SECTION 3.
If any portion of this Ordinance is declared invalid,the invalidated portion shall be severed from the
remainder of the Ordinance, and the remainder of the Ordinance shall continue in full force and
effect as if enacted without the invalidated portion,except in cases where such continued validity of
the remainder would clearly and without doubt contradict or frustrate the intent of the Ordinance as a
whole.

SECTION 4.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 5.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become law and shall take effect
immediately upon its Second Reading and Final Passage.
