RESOLUTIONS No. 347
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A
CHURCH TO BE LOCATED AT 1211 BOWMAN STREET IN SUNNYSIDE PLAZA.
Whereas, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida, at its meeting held on March 4, 1980 recommended approval of a Conditional
Use Permit to allow the Fundamental Baptist Church to be located at 1211 Bowman Street
in Sunnyside Plaza, Phase II, and the City Council deems it advisable in the interest
of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the
Conditional Use Permit;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT:
SECTION 1.
That the application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the Fundamental Baptist
Church to be located at 1211 Bowman Street, on property described as Sunnyside Plaza,
Phase II, Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. That all applicable rules and regulations are met.
2. That the use not be expanded except with a Conditional Use Permit; and,
3. That a Certificate of Occupancy be issued only after all conditions are met.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THIS
