RESOLUTION N0. 154
WHEREAS, G. W. Cadwell has been a faithful employee of the
City of Clermont for the past twenty years, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Cadwell has reached the age of seventy-five and
in addition has suffered a mild stroke and is therefore unable to
do further labor, and
WHEREAS, at the time that the City of Clermont Employee
Retirement Fund was put into effect Mr. Cadwell was omitted due
to his advanced age, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of financially assisting
Mr. Cadwell as an expression of appreciation for his faithful
service,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Cadwell be continued on
the City of Clermont payroll in an amount of Forty Dollars ($40.00)
per month.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Florida on
October 14, 1969.
