RESOLUTIONS N° 229
RESOLUTION N0. 157 f~i
WHEREAS, R. J. Snyder, an employee of the City of Clermont
for the past eleven years has reached the age for retirement
and wi 11 re ti re from the employ of the City of Clermont on
March 31, 1970, and
WHEREAS, the said R. J. Snyder is a member of the Clermont
Pension Plan and as a retiring member is entitled to receive
a monthly benefit of Forty Dollars and Seventy Six Cents ($40.76),
and
WHEREAS, the said R. J. Snyder did not elect to receive
the reti rement annuity option, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Trust Department of the First
National Bank of Leesburg, Trustee of the Clermont Pension Plan,
be authorized and directed to pay R. J. Snyder, from the
General Employees Fund of the Clermont Pension Plan, the amount
of Forty Dollars and Seventy Six Cents ($40.76) each month
and that such payments shall begin on April 1, 1970 and continue
until his death at which time the Trustee of the Clermont
Pension Plan will be notified by the Controller of the City of
Clermont.
ADOPTED at an ad3ourned meets ng of the City Counci 1 of the
City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, held on February 24,
1970.
