RESOLUTIONS
RESOLUTION N0. 325
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW USE
OF AN EXISTING BUILDING FOR WHOLESALING AND WAREHOUSING OF
PLUMBING AND IRRIGATION SUPPLIES.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida, at its meeting held on February 6, 1979 recommended approval of a Conditional Use
Permit to allow use of an existing building for wholesaling and warehousing of plumbing
and irrigation supplies, as hereinafter set forth, by a unanimous vote, and the City
Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, THAT:
SECTION 1.
That the application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow use of an existing building
for wholesaling and warehousing of plumbing and irrigation supplies located on the following
described property:
That part of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 30,
Township 22 South; Range 26 East, in the City of Clermont, bounded and
described as follows: From the intersection of the West line of the East
1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 30 with the South line of the right-
of-way of Minnehaha Avenue, run thence East along the South line of the
right-of-way of said Minnehaha Avenue 216.7$ feet for a point of beginning.
From said point of beginning run thence South at right angles to the South
line of the right-of-way line of said Minnehaha Avenue 75 feet; run thence
Easterly and parallel with the South line of the right-of-way of said Min-
nehaha Avenue to the West line of the right-of-way of U.S.Highway No. 27;
thence run in a Northerly direction along the Westerly line of-the right-
of-way of U.S. Highway 27 to the South line of the right-of-way of Minnehaha
Avenue, thence run west along the South line of the right-of-way of said
Minnehaha Avenue to the point of beginning according to the Official Map
of the City of Clermont recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17-23 inclusive,
Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
commonly known as 857 East Minnehaha Avenue, be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. That all applicable regulations and ordinances be met; and,
2. That the use not be expanded except with a Conditional Use Permit.
