Dear Mr. Tiffany:
of Transportation
TOM WEBS, JR.
SECRETARY
This is in response to your December 13, 1978 letter concerning
the SR 50/561 intersection in Clermont.
We have re-evaluated our previous studies of this location and
after consideration of projected traffic, we have received
concurrence from the Federal Nighway Administration to proceed
with a full traffic signal.
This installation will be part of the upcoming roadway contract
as was the originally planned flashing beacon.
It is requested that the City proceed as soon as possible with
execution of the maintenance agreements and resolutions previously
sent to the City on December 4, 1978.
Sincerely,
• C~
