RESOLUTION NO 287
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CON-
DITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW USE OF AN EXISTING
BUILDING AS A CHURCH
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida, at its meeting held on November 3, 1976 recommended approval of
a Conditional Use Permit to allow use of an existing building as a church, as here-
inafter set forth, by a vote of 9 to 0, and the City Council deems it advisable in
the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to
grant the Conditional Use Permit.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT:
SECTION 1.
That the application for a Conditional Use Permit to a11ow use as a church
of the existing building located on
Lot 26, Block 2, Homedale Subdivision, commonly known as 743 Montrose
be granted subject to the following conditions:
(1) That existing landscaping not be reduced;
(2) That the use not be expanded except with a Conditional Use
Permit granted by the City Council; and
(3) That the building conform to building code requirements.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA
