A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO
ALLOW EXPANSION OF A CHURCH BY CONSTRUCTING A RECTORY BUILDING
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida, at its meeting held on July 13, 1977 recommended approval of
a Conditional Use Permit to allow expansion of a church by constructing a Rectory
Building at 720 12th Street, by a vote of 8 to 0, and the City Council deems it
advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT:

That the application for a Condtional Use Permit to allow expansion of a
Church by constructing a Rectory Building at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church
on Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 14, City Blocks, commonly known as 720 12th Street
be granted subject to the following conditions.
(1) That the use not be expanded except with a Conditional Use Permit
granted by the City Council;
(2) That the building conform to building code requirements; and
(3) That special attention be given to safety factors at the rear of
the building with regards to the parking area and driveway of
the proposed structure.
