R-89-636 e e CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTIONS No. 636 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT GRANTED AS RESOLUTION NO. 549 TO EXTEND THE EXPIRATION DATE TO OCTOBER 16, 199:11 WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida at a meeting held September 5, 1989 recommended approval to amended a Conditional Use Permit granted as resolution No. 549 extending the expiration date to October 16, 1991. ~. PROPERTY: Sunnyside unit, Lots 1-6 Block 2, Clermont Heiqhts Lot 101, South of Highway SO and West 1/2 of LOCATION: Sunnyside Plaza 1210 Bowman street The City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the city of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that: SECTION 1. The application for an amendment to a Conditional Use Permit granted as Resolution No. 549, by extending the expiration date to October 16, 1991 be granted subject to the fOllowing conditions: 1. The property must be developed in substantial accordance with an approved site plan. 2. If, at a future date, parking at this site proves inadequate, the applicant understands and agrees that the city may require additional parking or rescind this CUP. 3. No further expansion of the use or additions to this facility shall be permitted except as approved by another conditional Use Permit. 4. All applicable rules and regulations shall be met, including final site plan approval, landscaping, drainage, parking and sign regulations, and all yard setbacks. All required landscaping must be served with a permanent irrigation system and must be properly maintained. The drainage and stormwater retention requirements of the appropriate regulatory agencies must be met, and approved by the City Engineer. These areas must be properly maintained. 5. This portion of the shopping center may be used for church functions only. 6. If any of the stated conditions are violated, the applicant understands and agrees that the ci ty Council may revoke this Conditional Use Permit by resolution. e e CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTIONS No. 636 7.
