A RESOLUTION OF THE
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA
AMEND RESOLUTION NO.
MARCH 13, 1989
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO
359 TO EXTEND THE EXPIRATION DATE TO
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida at a meeting held September 7,
1988, recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit to amend
Resolution No. 359 to extend the expiration date to March 13,
1989.

The City Council deems it advisable in
general welfare of the City of Clermont,
grant the Conditional Use Permit;
the interest of the
Lake County, Florida to
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that:
SECTION L
The application for a Conditional Use Permit
Resolution No. 359 to extend the expiration date to
1989 be granted subject to the following conditions:

CONDITIONS:
1.
This property may be utilized for no other purposes
than an Ambulance Service to be operated by the Lake
Emergency Medical Services, Inc.

2. If at any time the City Council determines that noise
created by this use is a problem, this Conditional Use Permit
may be immediately revoked.
3. Grass parking shall be allowed on the following conditions:
A. The entire parking area shall be properly maintained
and covered with a material impervious to water.
B. All parking spaces shall be delineated with parking
stops (railroad ties or concrete).
C. Adequate parking spaces shall be installed with a Site
Plan to be approved by the City Manager.
D. The area shall be landscaped according to the City
Landscape Ordinance.
E. Parking shall be allowed only in the off-street parking
lot.
4. All other applicable rules and regulations shall be met.
5. No. expansion shall be allowed without approval of the City
Council.

6. This Conditional Use Permit will expire on March 13, 1989
unless, by that date the existing mobile home is removed and
replaced with a permanent structure, meeting all site,
zoning, and building requirements including connection to
the City sewer system. The mobile home must be removed from
the site by March 13, 1989.
