A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO
AMEND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (Resolution No. 581) GRANTED
MAY 10, 1988 TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A BOATHOUSE IN THE R-
i-A URBAN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida at a meeting held August 2, 1988,
recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit to amend
Conditional Use Permit (Resolution No. 581), granted May 10,
1988, to allow construction of a boathouse in the R-1-A Urban
Residential District with a front yard setback of sixteen (16)
feet the fOllowing location:
Begin in center line of Lake Drive on W line of Sec.
25,Run N 87 Deg., 55 Min, E 411.88', S 67 Deg, 05 Min.
E 247.95', S 22 Deg., 55 Min, W 30' to S R/W line of
Lake Drive, S'ly along R/W 300' from POB Run S 22 Deg,
55 Min. W to lake, Se'ly along lake to W bank of canal,
N'ly along canal of S'ly R/W line of Lake Drive, N 67
Deg, 05 Min , W 130' of POB.
The City Council deems it advisable in
general welfare of the City of Clermont,
grant the Conditional Use Permit;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that:
SECTION ~
The application for a Conditional Use Permit to amend
Conditional Use Permit (Resolution No. 581), granted May 10, 1988
to allow construction of a Boathouse in the R-1-A Urban
Residential District granted sUbject to the following conditions:
VARIANCE
A. The boathouse shall be constructed with a front yard setback
of sixteen (16) feet.
CONDITIONS
1. The property must be developed in substantial accordance
with an approved site plan.
2. If, at a future date, parking at this site proves inade-
quate, the applicant understands and agrees that the City
may require additional parking or rescind this Conditonal
Use Permit.
3.
No further expansion of the use or additions
facility shall be permitted except as approved by

4. All applicable rules and regulations shall be met, including
final site plan approval, landscaping, drainage, parking and
sign regulations, and all yard setbacks. All required
landscaping must be served with a permanent irrigation
