Regular meeting of Clermont Council called to order by Pres
Goodenough.
Roll call all present except Mr Wilson.
Minutes of meeting of March 2nd read and approved.
Minutes of Special Meeting of March 30th read and approved.
Report of Committees. Finance, no report. Street, Mr Sharp
reports on claying Sts and locating new clay pit. Parks, no
report. Charity and Schools, no report.
Ordinances, no report. Special Com, Mr Goodenough
reports on having Mr Ford look over proposed water system.
Mr Johnson reports on securing bonds for Town Officials.
Committee continued.
Mr Johnsoin reports on proposed purchase of Electric Light
Plant.
Collector reports Taxes collected $464.10. Licenses $12.50.
same turned over to Town Treasurer. Report accepted.
Treas reports on hand $491.55. Received $197.63. Paid out
$83.02. Balance on hand April 1st 1920 $606.18. Report
accepted.
The following bills ordered paid, Clermont Electric Co $11.50.

Moved that Mr Bailey be allowed $35.00 for services as
Collector for year of 1920. Carried.
Moved that delinquency on 1919 taxes does not exist until
May 1st 1920.
Moved that the Willey gift be accepted and that a policy of
progressive improvements on same shall be adopted.
Carried.
Moved to adjourn subject to the call of the President of
Council. Carried.
