Landscape Seminar for City Council and Staff
. On a date to be scheduled from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm for City staff and any
interested commercial users and developers.

Neighborhood Association Seminars, one hour in the evening (4)
o Potential - Skyridge Valley, Skyview and Sierra Vista, Sunset Villages,
Summit Greens, Lake View Hills
Service Organization Seminars
. Potential - Downtown Partnership, Kiwanis, Rotary, Chamber of Commerce

Newsletter and Newspaper Articles
C) Provide at least eight newspaper articles to be included in the City's
newsletter and the South Lake Press.
Homeowner Landscape Questions
. Teresa Watkin's web address will be provided to customer's on water bills, in
the newsletter and in the newspaper allowing homeowners and others to
email questions and receive landscaping and gardening advice from a master
gardener.
Assistance with Public Displays
o Provide literature and posters on landscaping and conservation.
s Assist with display and attend 2 to 3 First Friday events.
Total fees for services: $5,000.00
