is unfit for human habitation and is beyond rehabilitation by me, I further agree that the structure
should be demolished. In order that demolition may be accomplished, I give consent to the
Clermont Fire Department to demolish, by burning or other means, the said structure. It is also
my understanding that at the conclusion of training, the responsibility for ultimate clean-up and
removal of any and all debris will be mine.
I agree that all contents of said structure that are not to be included in the demolition will be
removed no later than one week fTom the date this release is signed. I further release the City of
Clermont, its agencies and employees and the City of Clermont Fire Department, its agencies
and employees from any and all claim for loss resulting from such demolition.
The owner/agent of said property is released fTom any and all liability resulting from injury to
fire department personnel while participating in training at said structure.
