CITY OF CLERMONT 5/flNUTES COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING DECEMBER 12, 1995 Page 2 Waterline Route to New Elevated Water Tank City Manager Saunders discussed with Council Members the proposed route for the new waterline that will extend from the intersection of Highway 50 and Hancock Road to the new elevated water tank and then east to Jacks Lake Road. He explained the City Engineer preferred to run the waterline through the Fosgate property along an area that probably will be a reverse-frontage road when the property is developed. This route will be less expensive due to the severe topography and other utilities along the Highway 50 right-of-way. Council Members authorized staff to proceed with negotiations with Mr. Carter for the needed easements and also for the purchase of two lift station sites that will be located along the proposed sewer line extension along Jacks Lake Road. Meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m. Robert A. Pool, Mayor Attest:
