BOOk.689 Page 131 RECIPROCAL PARKJNG AGREEMENT The undersigned owner of all lots in CITRUS TOWER CENTRE, a platted subdivision in the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, hereby grants, jointly and individually, to all present owners and future owners of the above said lots reciprocal, mutual nonexclusive and perpetual easements for ingress, egress, access, passage and parking by vehicular and pedestrian traffic and employee and customer parking over and across those areas of the Plat of the CITRUS TOWER CENTRE designated as "asphalt parking" on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, No barricades or structures which prevent or hinder such access, ingress, egress and parking shall be erected or maintained, The owners of the above said lots shall be jointly liable for the repair and the maintenance of the said parking areas and should an owner not pay his or her pro-rata share of repairs and maintenance costs as determined by a majority of the owners of the lots (each lot having one {I} vote regardless of the number of owners of a lot) then the remaining owners may pay the costs of maintenance and repair and the pro-rata share of the non-paying lot owners shall become a lien on the lot of such non-paying owner and shall be treated as a lien that is enforceable as a lien under the provisions of Chapter 713 Florida Statutes, The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and bind the owners of such lots and their heirs an::::: this K.. day of ðM\ . 1999.
