AGREEMENT

1997, by and between JOHN A. OLAH and DEBORAH A. OLAH ("OWNER")
and the CITY OF CLERMONT, a municipal corporation, Post Office
Box 120219, Clermont, Florida 34712.
In acknowledgement that the "Owner" has constructed a
retaining wall and driveway on property on which the CITY OF
CLERMONT has an existing utility easement, the "OWNER" makes the
following agreements, conditions, and covenants running with said
real estate, and all conveyances h~reinafter shall be subject
thereto, and any subsequent grantees, legatees, or assigns of the

to the retaining wall due to the construction, maintenance, or
installation of the sanitary sewer line at this location.

agreements, conditions, and covenants is as follows:
