THAT THE GRANTORS, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND
NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, the receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does
hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm
unto GRANTEE, a perpetual non-exclusive easement for utility purposes,
with full authority to enter upon, construct and maintain and operate
utilities under and through the following described property situated in
Lake County, Florida:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof (the "Easement Area")
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement unto GRANTEE forever.
GRANTEE further agrees, immediately following any construction by
GRANTEE in the Easement Area, to repair and restore the surface of the~/~~
Easement Area and landscaping thereon, including, but not limited to, '~ ~
plants, trees and shrubs, to its condition existing immediately prior to :,
any such construction, provided, however, such repair and restoration
shall not be required to the extent it would disturb or interfere with
the safe and proper construction, operation, or maintenance of any of
the facilities and structures appurtenant to the easement granted
herein.
