01-15-2019 Code Enforcement HearingCity of Clermont MINUTES CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING January 15, 2019 The City of Clermont Code Enforcement Hearing for January 15, 2019, took place in the Clermont City Center beginning at 1:30 p.m. with Special Magistrate, Robert Guthrie, presiding over the hearing. Also attending were Matthew Reusch, Code Enforcement Supervisor, Katherine Neill, Code Enforcement Officer, Dan Mantzaris, City Attorney, Curt Henschel, Development Services Director, John Kruse, Senior Planner. Code Enforcement Officer Reusch and Neill, along with any of the public who may testify, was sworn in. Case Number: C2018-000481 Respondent: LGCC Holdings, LLC Code Enforcement Officer Neill presented the case. She stated that the property is currently in compliance. The Respondent was present and was sworn in. Lorelle Moeckel stated she is 50% owner of the LLC. She requested to not be brought back as a repeat violation at this time. Disposition: Was in violation of Section 122-344 Property Maintenance, IPMC Section 302.4 Weeds; with no fine at this time, however if the property becomes non -compliant it will be found in repeat violation. Case Number: C2018-000319 Respondent: Progress Residential 2017-BO Code Enforcement Officer Reusch presented the case. The Respondent was not present. Disposition: In violation of Property Maintenance Section 122-344, IPMC Section 302 Sanitation, IPMC Section 302.4 Weeds, with a fine of $150 per day for every day in violation past January 31, 2019. Case Number: C2018-000526 Respondent: ALP Investments, LLC Code Enforcement Officer Reusch presented the case. She stated that the property is in compliance. The Respondent was not present. Disposition: In repeat violation of Section 34-61 Nuisances, Section 122-344 Property Maintenance, IPMC Section 308.1 Rubbish and Garbage, IPMC Section 302 Sanitation Section 34-62 Nuisances, IPMC Section 301.3 Vacant Land, IPMC Section 302.4 Weeds, with a fine of $250 per day for every day in violation past January 31, 2019. With no further scheduled hearings, the hearing adjourned at 2:05 pm. I
