03-17-2020 Code Enforcement HearingCity of Clermont MINUTES CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING March 17, 2020 The City of Clermont Code Enforcement Hearing for March 17, 2020 took place in the Council Chambers at City Hall beginning at 1:30 pm with Special Magistrate Andrew Lanius presiding over the hearing. Also attending were Code Enforcement Officers Katherine Neill and Glenn Mohney, Code Enforcement Supervisor Matthew Reusch, Planning Manager John Kruse, Development Services Director Curt Henschel, and City Attorney Dan Mantzaris. City Attorney Dan Mantzaris stated that case C2021-000074 is in compliance. He stated that the City is still working on case C2017-000484 and will not be heard today. Code Enforcement Officer Wallace, along with any of the public who may testify, was sworn in. Case Number: CEB 09-565 Respondent: Angela Johnson Code Enforcement Officer Neill presented the case.
