CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING
March 17, 2020
The City of Clermont Code Enforcement Hearing for March 17, 2020 took place in the Council
Chambers at City Hall beginning at 1:30 pm with Special Magistrate Andrew Lanius presiding
over the hearing. Also attending were Code Enforcement Officers Katherine Neill and Glenn
Mohney, Code Enforcement Supervisor Matthew Reusch, Planning Manager John Kruse,
Development Services Director Curt Henschel, and City Attorney Dan Mantzaris.
City Attorney Dan Mantzaris stated that case C2021-000074 is in compliance. He stated that the
City is still working on case C2017-000484 and will not be heard today.
Code Enforcement Officer Wallace, along with any of the public who may testify, was sworn in.

Respondent: Angela Johnson
Code Enforcement Officer Neill presented the case.
The Respondent was present and sworn in.
Harvey Rosenberg stated that the fence was installed due to thefts.
Disposition: In violation of Chapter 34, Chapter 34, Section 34-61 (1)(2) Unlawful Maintenance
of Nuisances and shall apply for rezoning within 30 days, with a fine of $150 per day for every
day in violation past November 18, 2021.

Respondent: Martina Johnson
Code Enforcement Officer Neill presented the case.
The Respondent was present and sworn in.

Disposition: In violation of Chapter 34, Chapter 34, Section 34-61 (1)(2) Unlawful Maintenance
of Nuisances and shall apply for rezoning within 30 days, with a fine of $150 per day for every
day in violation past November 18, 2021.

Garbage, 308.3.2 Containers, Chapter 34, 34-61 Nuisances, 34-62 Creation or Maintenance of
Nuisance by Property Owner Declared Unlawful, with a fine of $150 per day for every day in
violation past November 18, 2021.

Code Enforcement Officer Neill presented the case.
The Respondent was present and sworn in.
Harvey Rosenberg stated that the fence was installed due to thefts.
Disposition: In violation of Chapter 50, Section 50-33 Precollection Practices, 50-36 (D) Special
Refuse Problem, Chapter 54, Section 54-1 Placing Articles or Obstructions on Streets or
Sidewalks, Chapter 118, Section 118-111 Tree Removal Permit, with a fine of $150 per day for
every day in violation past November 18, 2021.
