Resolution No. 2023-015R(S= cg;' M, CITY OF CLERMONT �„„,tea RESOLUTION NO.2023-015R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THREE CORRECTIVE QUIT CLAIM DEEDS RELATED TO REAL PROPERTY PREVIOUSLY TRANSFERRED TO VICTORY POINT, LLC TOTALING .053 +/- ACRES AND ACCEPTING A CORRECTIVE QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR ONE PARCEL OF .018 +/- ACRES AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PERFORM ALL ACTS NECESSARY AND APPROPRIATE ARE CONSISTENT WITH THIS RESOLUTION AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved and transferred to Victory Point, LLC real property by the following quit claim deeds: 10/17/2017 Quit Claim Deed for .02 +/- acres, 11/16/2017 Quit Claim Deed for 011 +/- acres, and 04/09/2018 Quit Claim Deed for .022 +/- acres; WHEREAS, Victory Point, LLC approved and transferred to the City real property by 10/17/2017 Quit Claim Deed for .018 +/- acres and WHEREAS, it is necessary to address subsequently discovered survey, encumbrances, and title issues, that corrective quit claim deeds be exchanged for each of the above referenced properties. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Clermont, Florida does hereby approve and authorize the Mayor to execute the quit claim deeds granting real property to Victory Point, LLC attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A". SECTION 2: The City Council does hereby approve the acceptance of that certain quit claim deed for real property from Victory Point, LLC attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A". SECTION 3: The City Manager is authorized to perform all acts necessary and appropriate consistent with this Resolution. SECTION 4• This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
