03-20-2018 HearingCity of Clermont MINUTES CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING March 20, 2018 The City of Clermont Code Enforcement Hearing for March 20, 2018 took place in the Council Chambers at City Hall beginning at 1:30 pm with Special Magistrate Robert Guthrie presiding over the hearing. Also attending were Evie Wallace, Code Enforcement Supervisor, Lori Crain, and Matthew Reusch, Code Enforcement Officers, Dan Mantzaris, City Attorney, and Lisa Widican, Building Services Manager. Code Enforcement Officer Wallace, Reusch, and Crain, along with any of the public who may testify, was sworn in. City Attorney Dan Mantzaris stated that items 3, case C2017-000728, is in compliance and will not be heard. He stated that items 1, 4, and 6 of the agenda have representatives present so he requested to hear those cases first.
