CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING
July 17, 2018
The City of Clermont Code Enforcement Hearing for July 17, 2018 took place in the Council
Chambers at City Hall beginning at 1:30 pm with Special Magistrate Robert Guthrie presiding
over the hearing. Also attending were Matt Reusch, Code Enforcement Officer, Dan Mantzaris,
City Attorney, and Lisa Widican, Building Services Manager.
Code Enforcement Officer Reusch, along with any of the public who may testify, was sworn in.
City Attorney Dan Mantzaris stated that items 1 and 5 of the agenda have representatives present
so he requested to hear those cases first.
Case Number: C2018-000166 Respondent: Richard Judkins
Code Enforcement Officer Reusch presented the case.
The Respondent was present and sworn in.
Disposition: In violation of Section 86-86 Violation of Conditional Use Permit -Landscape and
interior curbing; with a fine of $150 per day for every day in violation past October 21, 2018.
Case Number: C2017-000571 Respondent: Sean & Yvette Keeney
Code Enforcement Officer Reusch presented the case.
The Respondent was present and sworn in.
Disposition: In violation of Chapter 122, Section 122-344 Building Permit Required; with a fine
of $100 per day for every day in violation past October 31, 2018.
Case Number: C2018-000145 Respondent: Troy White
Code Enforcement Officer Reusch presented the case.
The Respondent was present and sworn in.
Disposition: In violation of Chapter 62, Section 62-33 Truck and Trailer Parking in Residential
Areas; with a fine of $150 per day for every day in violation past August 17, 2018.
Case Number: C2018-000210 Respondent: Gary Roach
Code Enforcement Officer Reusch presented the case.
The Respondent was not present.
Disposition: In violation of Chapter 122, Section 122-344 General Development Conditions -
Property Maintenance, IPMC Section 302.4 Weeds; with a fine of $150 per day for every day in
violation past August 17, 2018.
Case Number: C2017-000305 Respondent: Tiproel, LLC
City Attorney Dan Mantzaris stated that this property has a lien and the City is requesting to
foreclose on the lien. The fines have accrued to $38,200. He stated that it is in compliance.
The Respondent was not present.
Disposition: Moved to recommend foreclosure.
With no further scheduled hearings, the hearing adjourned at 3.02 pm.
