3. Preventive maintenance service 'shall consist oïcleanlng. lubrication. parts replacements and adjusting calibrations to manufacturers specifications, and shall be
rendered quarterly for each Instrument covered We reserve the right to perform preventive maintenance serVice at other tImes than scheduled If such additional service IS
reqUired to meet our obligations under this agreement
4 Emergency Service IS Included as part of our maintenance service under this agreement When requested, normal response time to emergency service will be within 24
hours after notification If an emergency service callis made at your request. at a time other than that which we would have made a scheduled maintenance serVice inspection.

damage from flood. fire. lightning. freezing. earthquake, windstorm or other act of God. by damage caused by or resulting from power, heating or cooling failure, by damage
from which you are Insured against loss, by damage by reason of any other cause beyond our direct control. except ordinary wear and tear, whether such damage occured
before or after the starting date of this contract
8 It IS agreed that we are to furnish labor for repair of all Instruments covered under this agreement without additional charge. provided technical information IS available
from the Manufacturer. Distributor or Contractor Labor to repair Instruments defective at the beginning of the contract shall be limited to N I NF hours which

of reason. are not Included under this agreement and will be billed to you as an extra at standard "demand" rates for labor and list price for parts
10 The maintenance. repair or exchange replacement of automatiCally controlled valves. valve motors. probes and/or measuring electrodes of any kind, magnetic flow
meter sensor heads. charts, pen and inking systems are excluded from this agreement
11 The air piping of pneumatic control systems and external control wiring of electrical systems IS excluded under this agreement
12 We agree to indemnify you against any liability. claim or expense for Injury, death or damage to property directly caused by our negllg3nce in performing our
obligations under this agreement, provided that (a) You give us Immediate notice In writing of any claim or the Institution of any SUit and permit us, through our counsel. to
answer such cldlm or 10 defend such SUit, and (b) You give all needed Information, assistance and authority to enable us to answer such claim or defend stich SUit We will not be
