Whereas, this year marks the 100' anniversary of when the Clermont Fire Department
was organized by Council; and
Whereas, from October 24, 2023 through the next 12 months the Clermont Fire
Department will celebrate with the community this Centennial achievement; and
Whereas, the Centennial Celebration will honor the past and present members of the
Clermont Fire Department; and
Whereas, the Centennial Celebration commemorates 100 years of service to the
community of and around the City of Clermont; and
'Whereas, we encourage all Clermont residents to take this opportunity to celebrate and
honor the accomplishments and dedication of the Clermont Fire Department.
WOW, Therefore, I, Tim Murry, Mayor of the City of Clermont in the State of Florida,
do hereby proclaim the year of October 2023 to October 2024 as:

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the
