RESOLUTION
NO. 1391
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING THE RECREATION
IMPACT FEE FUND BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005 AUTHORIZING RECEIPTS
AND DISBURSEMENTS CONTAINED THEREIN.

WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following sums of money shall be used to
recover the recreation capital costs associated with growth of the City for the Fiscal Year
of October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2005.
