AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY ~F
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, REFERRED TO IN CHAPTER 122 OF ORDINANCE O.
289-C, CODE OF ORDINANCES; REZONING THE REAL PROPERTIES DESCRIB D
HEREIN AS SHOWN BELOW, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR
EFFECTIVE DATE AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby ordains that:
SECTION 1:
The official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida referred to in Chapter 122 of
Ordinance No.289-C, Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described
property as shown:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land lying in Section 11, Township 23 South, Range 26 East, Lake County, Florida, being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGIN at the Southwest corner of Section 11, thence N 00°45' 13" E along the West line of the
Southwest `/4 of Section 11, for a distance of 2622.04 feet to the Southerly right of way of Hartwciod
Marsh Road; (An 80.00 foot right of way per Official Record Book 1299, Page 1952) thence S
89°53' S8" E along said right of way for a distance of 2028.97 feet to the point of curvature of a curve
concave Northwesterly, having a radius of 240.00 feet, thence along the arc of said curve through a
central angle of 55°50'24" for a distance of 233.90 feet, thence S 00°42' 12" E 88.68 feet to the
North line of the Southwest `/4 of Section 11; thence S89°25'03" E along the North line of skid
Southwest'/4 for a distance of 416.58 feet, thence departing said North line S00°40'24" W along the
East line of the Southwest'/4 of Section 11 for a distance of 2655.84 feet to the South line of Section
11; thence N 89°26'58" W along said South line for a distance of 2646.62 feet to the Southv~est
corner of Section 11 and the POINT OF BEGINNING.

SECTION 2:
All Ordinances or parts of this Ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3:
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any court of compet~nt
jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply to or affect any other provision of this Ordinan~e,
except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section maybe inseparable in meaning and
effect from the section to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 4:
The provisions of this ordinance shall be effective as provided by law.
