WORKSHOP MEETING
March 6, 1984
A Workshop Meeting of the City Council of the City of Clermont was held
Tuesday, March 6, 1984 in the City Hall Conference Room. The meeting
was called to order by Mayor Beals at 6:30 p.m. with the following
Council Members in attendance: Council Members Cole, Henry, and
Turville. Finance Director Saunders was also present.
PENSION PLAN REVIEW
Representatives of the Sun Bank Trust Department were in attendance to
present the Council with an overview of the past year's performance of
the City's Police, Fire, and General Employees Pension Plans.
A written report outlining the investment portfolio and performance
analysis on each of the funds was presented to the Council. The
Trustees reviewed the investment guidelines as stipulated by the City,
and commented that the City's requirement to have fifteen different
industries represented in the portfolio was difficult to meet, and
created somewhat of a problem. After some discussion with the Council,
the Trustees concluded their presentation.

to postpone the Cable Television Workshop until more information from the
