11-27-1964 Regular MeetingZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment was held in
the Municipal Court room on Friday, No~aember 27, 1964, as
duly advertised in the local press. The meeting was called
• to order at 2:30 P. M. by Chairman Charles Roe with the
following members present: Messrs. Innis. Loesch and Czech.
Absent: Mr. Bishop, Also present were Mr. Orville Kidder
and Deroy Poynter, and Mildred Dollar, Recording Secretary.
Mr. Roe stated that the meeting was called to discuss
the granting or rejecting of an exception to a zoning require-
ment for a side lot set back, as requested by Mr. O. Kidder.
Mr. Kidder had applied for permission to eliminate the side
line requirement on the east side of Lot 20, Block 7 for the
erection of a business building on Lots 19 and 20, Block 7
City of Clermont.
Following an explanation of where the building was to
be erected and why the exception was requested, Mr. Poynter
and Mr. Kidder left the meeting. A short discussion was
held by the Committee and motion was made by Mr. Loesch,
seconded by Mr. Czech, and unanimously carried to grant the
side lot set back of 6 inches on Lot 20, Bock 7, located
in a TC zone for the construction of a grocery-market building.
The reason for granting the exception being that compliance to
the present zoning will cause inconvenience parking between
the existing building and the proposed building.
Motion was made, seconded and carried., that meeting
adjourn.
