CASE NO 87-O1 CITY OF CLERMONT vs. JOSEPH WASHUTA Mr. Perlick stated that on the property that Mr. Washuta owns there is a large pile of brush and tree limbs that have accumulated on the property, and evidently has been there for quite some time. This does create a rather unsightly appearance. The property in question is located along Broome Street directly across from Bishop's field. Mr. Washuta had been advised of this meeting but was not present. Mr. Perlick advised the board that Mr. Washuta had been sent numerous violation notices and had spoken to him on the telephone, but no action to correct the violation had been taken. 1 After a brief discussion a motion was made by Mr. Wagner, that an Order be sent to Mr. Washuta, advising him that this violation should be resolved within twenty-one (21) days, seconded by Mr. Wiebush and approved by a unanimous vote. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned. Josep Wiebush, Vice Chairman ATTEST: ~~a ~, T~ ~id . s i ,e _... , J,~ne Warren Code Enforcement Clerk 2
