Mr. Perlick stated On October 4, 1986 Mr. Schulze was sent a
Violation Notice, advising him that he was in violation of
Chapter 12, Section 1, operating a business without an
Occupational License.

Mr. Schulze was present and sworn in.
Mr. Shulze stated he was not operating a business from his home,
but merely brings home some work to do at night. Mr. Baird
advised Mr. Shulze such practices were considered an extention
of his business and not appropriate from his residence.
After a brief discussion a motion was made by Mr. McKinney, that
the batteries and tires be removed from the premises within two
(2) weeks, seconded by Mr. Wright and approved by a unanimous vote.

appearance.
The property in question is located along Broome Street
directly across from Bishop's field.
Mr. Washuta had been advised of this meeting but was not present.
Mr. Perlick advised the board that Mr. Washuta had been sent
numerous violation notices and had spoken to him on the
telephone, but no action to correct the violation had been taken.
