October 21, 1986
The regular scheduled meeting of the Code Enforcement Board was
called to order by Mr. Russell Wagner at 7:30 p.m. on October 21,
1987. Members attending were Emma Higgins, Russell Wagner, Martin
Wright, Edward Whitehead and Ron Cardon. Excused were Joe Wiebush
and William McKinney. Also attending were City Attorney Leonard
Baird, Planning Director Dean Perlick and Code Enforcement Clerk
Jane Warren.
Minuter of the meeting held September 16, 1986 were approved as
presented.

Mr. Perlick stated at the last meeting Mr. Jackson was given an
additional thirty (30) days to remove the trucks from his
property. As of this date the vehicles are still there and have
for sale signs on them.
Mr. Perlick also stated it would expedite matters if the case
were dismissed and referred to the police department
Mr. Baird stated he would contact the police department in regard
to any regulations Mr. Jackson might be in violation of, and at
that time take any necessary action.
A motion was made by Mr. Whitehead to dismiss the case, seconded
by Mr. Wagner and approve by unanimous vote
Care ~Io. 86-009 City of Clermont vr. Ricbard Miller
At the September meeting Mr. Miller was fined ($5) dollars a day
for each day of violation starting on September 17,1986.
The violation was corrected on September 19, 1986 and Mr. Miller
was sent a letter requesting he remit ten ($10) dollars, payable
to the City of Clermont, as of this date the fine has not been
paid.
Mr. Baird suggested that the board issue an order, to the effect
that Mr. Miller was in violation two (2) days and has been fined
ten (10) dollars, .authorizing the City to file a lien.
Mr. Miller should be advised of our intentions and possible
additional court costs.
A motion was made by Mr. Wagner that an order be filed in the
public records pursuant to the statute, seconded by Mr. Whitehead
and approved by unanimous vote
There being no further business to come before the Board. the
meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
