CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD
MINUTES
June 21, 1983
This meeting of the Code Enforcement Board was opened by acting
Chairman Kathleen Parsell at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers
on Tuesday, June 21, 1983, followed by the reciting of the Pledge
of .Allegiance to the Flag by all present.
ROLL CALL. Present;;Glenn Curtis, Emma Higgins, Bill McGuire,
William McKinney, and Kathleen Parsell. Absent; Marcus McGowan
and Mary Wright.
MINUTES of the meeting of April 19, 1983 were approved as presented.
There were five cases to be heard tonight but none of the parties
responded to their subpoenas. The cases were disposed of in the
following manner:
Cases 83-013, 83-016, and 83-017 were continued.
Case 83-014, City of Clermont vs Richard Williams. Mr. Williams
had called City Hall and stated that he no longer has the dog.
Case 83-015, City of Clermont vs Lucille Odom. Mrs. Odom stated,
by telephone, that she had broken her leg and was unable to attend
the meeting. Her case was continued.
Mr. Nagel suggested that the weed and grass mowing notices be sent
to violators of the Ordinance, and if they don't comply that they
be called before the Board.
Mr. McGuire reported that George Stewart, Case No. 83-Oll, has
moved from the Prince Edward address.
Mr. Nagel reported that Jimmie Lee Jackson is keeping his property
in good condition.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
