04-02-1985 Workshop Meeting e e CITY OF CLERMONT MINUTES WORKSHOP MEETING April 2, 1985 A workshop Meeting of the City Council of the City of Clermont was ' held Tuesday, April 2,1985 in the City Hall Conference Room". The .. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Pool at 7:00 p.m. with the following Council Members in attendance: Council Member Cole, Council Member Huff and Mayor Pro Tem Turville, and Council Member Henry. Other City Officials present were City Manager Forbes and Finance Director Saunders. It was explained that the purpose of this meeting was to continue to discuss and make necessary changes to the City's proposed Future Land Use District Map. Continuing from last night's Workshop, the following revisions were made: UNDEVELOPED DISTRICT 1 (UD-l) Item #l'was changed to read "Single family detached residences, duplex or townhouse development permitted north of Linden Street". UNDEVELOPED DISTRICT 2 (UD-2) No revisions were made to this section. UNDEVELOPED DISTRICT 3 (UD-3) No revisions were made to this section. UNDEVELOPED DISTRICT 4 (UD-4) No revisions were made to this section. UNDEVELOPED DISTRICT 5 (UD-5) Item #4 General Commercial was added to this section and reads as follows: "Block 50 & 63, 1, 2, and 15 located east of Grand Highway and north of Hunt Street". The existing Item #4 was renumbered Item #5 and changed to read "New reesidential development will be limited to a maximum of 8 dwelling units per acre II . UNDEVELOPED DISTRICT 8 (UD-8) Item #1 was changed to read "Single or multiple-family attached residences". Item #2 was changed to read "Highway Commercial uses will be allowed from US 27 to a point 600' west".
