The Council then requested the City Manager to investigate the number of property owners on 561 between Clermont and the proposed develop- ment. Richard Huff as liaison to the County Board of Commissioners will obtain a copy of the County Commission Meeting Minutes when this project was discussed, and update the Council on the status of the project. . . WORKSHOP MEETING February 18, 1985 Page -2- ELECTRIC UTILITIES ELEMENT Each page of this Element was reviewed, and it was discussed that this Element had been reviewed by Florida Power Company Officials. Florida Power's 1983 site plan demonstrates that they have the capacity to serve the projected growth in the Clermont area. Council Member Huff questioned the City's Policy requiring distri- bution lines to be located underground. It was explained that this is already required in the City's Subdivision Ordinance. Encouraging energy efficient homes and the fact that a State Law adopted about three years ago which sets standards for energy efficient homes were reviewed.
