07-29-1986 Workshop• CITY OF CLERMONT MINUTES • PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION WORKSHOP MEETING • JULY 29, 1986 A workshop of the Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Chairman John N. Sargent at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 1986 in the City Council Chambers located at 882 W. Desoto Street. Those attending were Adelbert Evans, Debbie Gaines, Marie Mckinney, John Sargent, and Cecil Smart. Absent were Kathy Bloebaum, Buddy Rogers, Robert Thompson and Don Smith. Also attending was Dean Perlick, the City Planning Director. Mr. Perlick explained the purpose of this meeting was to consider the possibility of creating a R-3-A zone and possible changes to Zoning Ordinance No. 245-C, in preparation for the regular scheduled meeting on September 2, 1986, at which time the Commission will their make recommedations to the City Council. Mr. Perlick reviewed the proposed regulations that would be applicable to the R-3-A zone. Mr Perlick pointed out that the regulations would be similar to those of R-2. During the discussion the Commission recommended R-3-A would be limited to 8 units per acre and Professional Offices be a Conditional Use. The Commission also recommended the attached changes to Zoning Ordinance No. 245-C. The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m. 7 f~ John N. Sargent, Chairman Attest: ane P.
