CONDITIONAL USE FERMIT. Mr. Sargent introduced a request by Ron Becker of Florida Funeral Services for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a funeral home at 806 West Minneola Avenue in the old Postal Colony building. Under that Ordinance funeral homes were a permitted use in C-2 Central Business District classification.
