WHEREAS DEVELOPER desires to develop the property subject to a certain
covenant and restriction for the mutual benefit and protection of the property and
all persons purchasing or acquiring an interest in any portion thereof:
NOW THEREFORE, DEVELOPER hereby declares that all the property described above
shall be held, sold and conveyed subject to the following covenant, condition and
restriction which shall run with .the property and be binding on all parties having
any right, title or interest in the property or any part thereof, their heirs,
successors and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of each owner thereof:
Before a Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued by the
City of Clermont, Florida, for the occupancy of any build-
ing constructed on the above described property, the owner
of the lot on which such building is constructed must construct
a sidewalk across the lot in accordance with the specifications
of the City of Clermont.
