WHEREAS, LAKE HIGHLANDS RETIREMENT AND NURSING CENTER, JNC., hereinafter referred
to as the. IIOwner" is the owner of Lake Highlands Nursing Home located
property situated in the~ity of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, more
on certain real
particularly
described as:
. See attached "Exhibit A."
~. WHEREAS, the Owner desires to construct an addition
greatly increase the amount of impervious land and storm
on said property which will
water runoff, and
WHEREAS, the Owner agrees to comply with the following restrictions regarding
his property as described above:
If the retention area overflow to Drew Avenue as shown on the approved site plan
for the City fails to adequately dispose of the runoff or damages public or private
property, the Owner agrees to construct at his expense, an underground storm sewer
system to an approved outfall location, if requested by motion of the City Council of
the City of Clermont.
This Covenant is intended to and shall be a covenant on the real property described
above and shall run with the land. This agreement shall be binding on the heirs, suc-
cessors, and assigns of the parties.

Lot 11 and the East 25 feet of Lot 1; that certain unnumbered lot
or parcel of land measuring 15.39 feet East and West by 100 feet
North and South, bounded on the North by the Easterly extension
of the North line of said Lot 1, on the West by the East line of
the platted 10 foot wide strip and on the South by the North line
of said Lot 11, all according to the Plat of Lake Highlands
Estates, recorded in Plat Book 12, page 100, Public Records of
Lake County, Florida; and ALSO:
Begin at the intersection of the South boundary line of Minnehaha
