IIOwner" is the owner of Lake Highlands Nursing Home located property situated in the~ity of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, more on certain real particularly described as: . WHEREAS, the Owner desires to construct an addition greatly increase the amount of impervious land and storm on said property which will water runoff, and WHEREAS, the Owner agrees to comply with the following restrictions regarding his property as described above: If the retention area overflow to Drew Avenue as shown on the approved site plan for the City fails to adequately dispose of the runoff or damages public or private property, the Owner agrees to construct at his expense, an underground storm sewer system to an approved outfall location, if requested by motion of the City Council of the City of Clermont. This Covenant is intended to and shall be a covenant on the real property described above and shall run with the land.
