Y 3 -2 g AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, by and between MARILYN LANGLEY, hereinafter referred to as LANGLEY, and the CITY OF CLERMONT, a municipal corporation, Lake County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as CITY. The parties agree: 1. LANGLEY shall grant to CITY an easement for ingress and egress and maintenance of utility lines, including sewer and water, over the property described in Exhibit "A" attached. 2. CITY shall pay to LANGLEY as consideration for said easement the sum of TWO THOUSAND AND NO/lOO ($2,000.00). 3. LANGLEY shall undertake to dismantle and remove all materials of that certain burned structure located at 640 Lakeshore Drive. All materials with the exception of tne concrete slab and foundation shall be removed. 4. It is understood by the parties that LANGLEY has entered into a contract with a third party to complete the requirements of Paragraph 3 above. In the event of a default by the third party, LANGLEY shall assign said contract to CITY and CITY shall complete the removal of the debris. DATED this -' b& day of ~~l ^ v , 1983.
