2ND RENEWAL TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY CLERMONT AND
PREMIER SERVICES FOR EVENTS, INC. FOR CONCESSION AND CATERING
SERVICES
The current contract term for agreement number 2021-035 titled Concession and Catering Services
is set to expire on May 31, 2025. In accordance with the terms of the contract, there is an option
to extend the agreement for up to two (2) additional one-year terms.
The City intends to exercise this renewal option and extend the contract for one (1) additional year,
through May 31, 2026.
By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the one-year contract extension. Failure to
respond will be interpreted as an indication that your firm is not interested in renewing the contract.
If you have any questions or require additional information, please contact the Procurement
Services Department. We appreciate your continued partnership and look forward to the
