A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIllA,
ESTABLISHING THE RATE SCHEDULE FOR SANITATION SERVICE, REPEALING
ORDINANCE N0.394-M AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, that the rate schedule for sanitation service shall be amended as follows:
Section I. Basic Rate for Sanitation Service:
A. Residential unit, including centrally metered apartment and
Mobile homes -one container: $21.50
B. Commercial and Industrial Accounts -one container $21.50
C. Each additional container over one -maximum of eight (8): $17.20
Section II. Container Cost:
Replacement container cost:
$45.00
. Cost of replacement container shall be added to the customer's monthly utility bill for the month
immediately following replacement.
Section III. Commercial Accounts:
All new Commercial and Industrial accounts must use a commercial sanitation service franchised
by the City unless approved for City pickup by the City Manager or his designee.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the above said rate schedule of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, is hereby adopted and becomes effective October 1, 2000.
