ADJ9URNED EQUALIZATION MEETING

An adjourned meeting of the BoaDd of Equalization was held
at the office of the City Clerk on Tuesday, August 18, 1959.
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P. M. by vice-
chairman Glen Middleton with all Council members being present
with the exception of Mr. Roe.
Clerk Johnson advised the Council of recommended adjustments,
made by a represemtative of Hunnicutt & Associates, in valuations.
The recommended adjustments follow:
J. R. DeYoung, parcel 1211, a reduction from 14,700.00 to
14,200.00.
Hulda Fineis, Parcel 1007. No change in valuation.
Oscar Ulm, Pa~cel 990. A reduction from 12,000.00 to 11,300.00
P. T. Rich, Parcel 1892. No change in valuation.
Elizabeth Blackburn, Parcel 579. A reduction from 9,800.00
to 8,900,00.
o. H. Keene, Parcel 512/1. A reduction from 18,900.00 to
18,600.00.
R. M. Wells, Parcel 476. No change in valuation.
C. C. Christensen, Parcel 1621. A reduction from 18,400.00
to 14,600.00.
John H. Beaty, Parcel 701. NA reduction in valuation.
Dr. J. R. Davis, Business Personal Property. No change in
valuation.
Motion was made by Mr. Oswalt, seconded by Mr. Boyd and
unanamously carried that the recommendations of Hunnicutt and
associates be accepted; that the tax roll be amended in
accordance with the recommendations; that such amended tax roll
now before the City Council, sitting as a Board of Equalization
be accepted as the tax roll for the taxable year of 1959.
Motion by Oswalt, seconded by Christensen and carried that
the meeting of the City Council, sitting as a Board of
EqU~ljration, be adjourned.
