An adjournment ot the regular meeting held on Tuesday, September
3rd, 1957, was held at the city hall on Friday, SepteDl1')er 6,
1957. '
The meeting was called to order by Council president Harold Turville
at 10100 P. M. with all Council members present. others present wer'e
Mayor:~d~d City attorney Morse.

Motion was made by VanNostrand that the tentati va tax roll tor 195'1'
is hereby oontirmed and adopted as equalbed. The motion was s900ndled
by Mr. Roe and oarried.

Mr. Roe offered and moved that it be passed a RESOLUTION
pertaining to the paving of that part ot Disston Avenue from Lake
Shore Drl va to Minnehaha Avenue. ,The motion was seoonded by Mr. [,,/
VanNostrand and upon roll call vote the ayes were Turville, Roe,
Bishop, VanNostrand and Carrington. Nayesl none. Absent I None.
A copy ot the RESOLUTIONIN FULL appears immediately following
these minutes.
Col. VanNostrand oftered and moved that it be passed a RESOLUTION
pertaining to the paving of that part 0' Divsion street, now known
as I'alm Lane, between Disston Avenue and Anderson street. The motion
was seconded by Mr. Bishop and upon roll call vote the ayes were V'
Turville, Roe, Bishop, VanNostrand and Carrington. Nayesl none.
Absent I none. A copy 01 the RESOLUTION in tull appears immediately
tolltwing these minutes.
Motion was made by Roe, seconded by Carrington and oarried that th$
oity ot Clermont enter into a contraot with B. J. Van Ingen & Co.,.
Inc. whereby they are to serve as tiscal agents for the oi ty ot
Clermont in the disposal ot bonds tor the proposed sewage disposal
system. Such oontract to be to the effect that the oompensation
tor the tiscal agents will be ~l7 .00 per bond sold.
Motion by Roe, seoonded by Carrington and carried that the city
pay Lake Abstract Company the amount ot $14.00 tor services.
Motion by Roe, seconded by VanNostrand and carried that the oi ty
pay H. Clitton Bailey the amount of $408.25
tor work done on the city ball.
Motion by Roe, seconded by Bishop and carried that meeting
