Whereas, faith and family are foundational pillars of strong communities, providing
strength, support, and purpose to individuals and families across our great nation; and
Whereas, families are the bedrock of society, nurturing the next generation and serving
as the first teachers of values such as compassion, responsibility, respect, and integrity; and
Whereas, faith traditions and spiritual practices contribute significantly to the moral
and cultural fabric of our communities, inspiring service, fostering hope, and encouraging
unity and understanding among diverse peoples; and
Whereas, the bonds of family, whether formed by blood, marriage, adoption, or
commitment, are strengthened by shared beliefs, traditions, and the time spent together in
reflection, worship, and service; and
Whereas, recognizing and celebrating Faith and Family Month encourages individuals
and communities to deepen their spiritual lives, cherish time with loved ones, and uphold
the values that sustain our common life; and
Whereas, it is fitting to dedicate time each year to honor the vital role that faith and
family play in shaping our lives and building a more compassionate, just, and united
society.
JVOW, Therefore, I, Tim Murry, Mayor of the City of Clermont in the State of Florida,
do hereby proclaim the month of June, Two Thousand and Twenty -Five as:
