City Attorney Morse reported that Mr. Axel Ornberg, of Curry Electric COlnpany of Orlando, Mr. James Albert, a member of the Orlando Electrical Board and Mr. Howard L. Palmer, a member of the Winter Park Electrical Board had reviewed the questions contained in the examination which was given to James H. Flournoy and R. C. Foll~wing a discussion of the matter, motion was made by Counciiliman Hutchingson, seconded by Councilman Turvi1le, and unanimously carried that Flournoy Electric Company be advised that the City Council has made a thorough investigation of the questions contained in the Master Electrical Examination given to James H. Flournoy and R. C. Wooten, Jr. and that they find the test, or examination, to be fair and reasonable and that, therefore, the request for a temporary permit for the elec- trical wiring of the Pub1ix Market now under construction in Clermont, is denied. City Attorney Morse advised the Council that application made by Joe Howell for permission to hold religious meetings for a period of two weeks in a tent to be located at the intersection of Highways 50 and 27 should not be granted, as both the Fire District code and the Sanitation Code would be violated.
