Whereas, Noelle Schnacky is a Clermont resident and lifelong Central Florida native
who currently serves as Miss Florida's Teen for the Miss America Organization,
representing the City of Clermont at the state and national levels; and
Whereas, Ms. Schnacky is the founder and president of Hope .for Heart Kids, a
501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting children and families affected by congenital
heart defects through educational outreach and hospital book distributions reaching 18
states and three countries, including Central Florida; and
Whereas, Ms. Schnacky has been honored for her leadership and advocacy at both the
local and national levels, including recognition as a Lake& Style 40 Under 40 honoree and
a Top 7 Community Service Achievement finalist at Miss America's Teen; and
Whereas,Ms. Schnacky serves as an American Heart Association Youth Ambassador,
promoting cardiovascular health education, CPR awareness, and heart-healthy lifestyles
through schools, community events, and public outreach; and
Whereas, Ms. Schnacky's service and leadership exemplify the City of Clermont's
commitment to youth leadership, civic engagement, and public health, and highlight the
positive impact of Clermont residents beyond the community.
Now, Therefore, I,Tim Murry, Mayor of the City of Clermont in the State of Florida,
do hereby recognize and commended for her outstanding service, leadership, and
dedication to improving the lives of others:

in 'Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the
City of Clermont to be affixed this 24th Day of February in the year Two Thousand and
