Mayor BonJorn asked if anyone ',present had any objections :to the 'proposed
grading and paving. J.' R. Ward, .Watson Darity and Mozelle: 'Darity each.
'expressed opposition to the proposed grading and paving. A gerieral
discussion followed and some 'members' of the 'Council appeared to be' 'of the
opinion that ,the 'petition could not be 'considered unless'i t was s~'gned by
severity, five per,centoftheabutti~g property. owners. Followi~g clara-
fication of this misunderstanding motion was made byMr . Pool, ,se'conded

Although he was not .on the'" 'agenda, :Mr. Enz .complained to the 'Council
that ,the, cleaning and mowing of lots by C.,A. Mobley wa's 'inferior and
that he should sharperi the' b lades'on his mowers.'
