progressive disorder that may lead to weakness, numbness, and paralysis, often
accompanied by significant pain; and

individuals of any age, gender, or background; and
��T�'LBY6L�4� early diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation are critical to improving
outcomes and supporting patients and families facing long and uncertain recoveries_
