R-99-1090• • CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTION • NO. 1090 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING THE SANITATION FUND BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000 AUTHORIZING RECEIPTS AND DISBURSEMENTS CONTAINED THEREIN. WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that the following sums of money are required for the solid waste disposal service of the government of said City for the Fiscal Year of October 1, 1999 to September 30, 2000.
