Councilmen present J. V. Brice, F. B. Roe, G. A. Nash jnd T. F. Thompson., City Attorney Irving F. Morse, ayor H. R. Harper, City Supt. A. G. Cole and Marshall C. A. Mattson. ..... Clerk to write Mr A. L. Caffee he may open a Trailer Camp on the Chestnut Street sight. Mr Morse was asked to check on the Lane Bond of $100. to have that amount returned to the City. Mr Morse stated the Hospital Board laws, and that the Welfare League would select one councilman to act. Mayor Harper's repcrt read and recommendations noted. Mr Mattson agreed to take charge ~ raising and taking in the flag. Occupational License List to be revised. posiftion of present stop signs on Montrose and 8th St to be changed to be better seen. ,., Marshall's and Night Policeman's reports read. Two arrests were made and collected on 11 parking meter violations., Fines and forfeitures in the amount or $41.00 turned over to the City Clerk. Fire Chief H. M. Cole being ill, no report. A. G. Col~report on Street and Water. Purchased pipe and fittings. Cleaned up Park in front ~ the Lake Highlands Hotel. Repaired and laid some new side walk 'to the school. Motion made by Mr Brice, seconded by Mr Thompson that A. G. Cole be allowed $20.00 per month car expense. Motion carried. Motion made by Mr Roe, seconded by Mr Brice that Mr Newaldbe given a free hand installing bookkeeping system to cut work far City Hall. Motion carried. Motion carried. Motion made by Mr Nash seconded by Mr Brice that the City accept the offer of the Silver Springs signs. Motion carried.
